terms of service

- i reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, with no explanation owed towards the client
- all terms should be carefully read and followedi will draw:
- humans and humanoids
- fanart + ship art
- ocs, yumes, ocxcanons
- furry / anthros
- custom designs
- mecha - will cost extrai will not draw:
- NSFW (suggestive ok)
- offensive art
- any depictions of pedophilia, incest, or fetish artII. payment + fees
- full payment should be done once i finish your final sketch
- if the commission exceeds $60, you can request to pay 50% after sketch and 50% after the piece is finished.

- provide a reference of the character/s you want depicted
- if possible, provide information on the lore of the character for a more accurate depiction (moodboards/lore docs welcome!)
- respond in a timely fashionIV. usage and copyright
- i retain rights to all commissioned works
- any characters depicted in the work remain copyright to their original owners
- to use commercially, please contact me
- please credit the work to any of my accounts if you post it
- any attempt of feeding my work into AI or NFTs will result in blacklisting and blockingV. process
- i will give three updates - sketch, flats and fully rendered
- any major revisions should be done before the flats are finished
- please keep in mind that i am a slow artist. expected TAT is under 1 month, but occasionally could take longer. do not commission me if you don’t want to deal with this.
